Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account with Mosplayer:

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Bonus & Promotion Terms

• After claiming a bonus, typically 15–30 days' wagering must be completed within.

Betting Rules & Results

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Mosplayer:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except in certain specific circumstances.
• If abnormal odds occur during live betting due to a technical error, Mosplayer reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If any leg of an Accumulator (parlay) bet is voided, that leg will be counted at odds of 1.0.
• Mosplayer's decision is final in determining all betting outcomes.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mosplayer. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Bots or automated software using to place bets.

Account Closure & Suspension

Mosplayer may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms or suspicious activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the verification process.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 1 year).
• At the member's own request.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.

Members may close their account at any time upon request. Any remaining verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. Account closure requests must be submitted through the Help Center.

Dispute Resolution
